Job
Responsibilities: |
- These
positions will work effectively as a productive member of an
sales team covering your region, and take personal
responsibility and commitment to meet and exceed all
business objectives.
Responsibilities include assisting the Sales Manager in
developing and implementing sales programs, objectives and
strategies while meeting and exceeding assigned territory
sales budget.
Must be able to influence decision-making in order to
achieve a mutually acceptable outcome to benefit all parties.
May serve as a team leader on sales-related projects, task
forces, or meetings.

Requirements/Education: |
- College
degree or equivalent with a major in business, marketing or
health sciences and 2-3 years successful sales experience.
- Experience
in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry is
preferred.
- Qualified
candidate will possess superior selling skills with proven
sales performance.
- Must possess
excellent verbal and written skills.
- Must be able
to adapt and respond to a medical sales environment as well
as develop and implement business plans with well-defined
strategies and tactics.
- Exhibits
ability to understand and effectively utilize technical
information.
- Must be able
to learn and act upon new information in a manner that
generates market share and sales growth.
Initiative and positive attitude to enhance relationships
and increase productivity of individual and team.

- Must have
experience using computers and software applications, like
Microsoft Word.
- Individual
must be willing to travel.
